Instructions for Proper Tool Configuration and Use:
- Preparation:
- Remove the O-ring and nut from the bolt.
- Thread the nut onto the bolt, positioning the head flange side toward the tool.
- Replace the O-ring onto the groove of the tool.
- Positioning the Tool:
- Place the camshaft seal onto the tool.
- Align the tool with the camshaft and position it securely.
- Installing the Seal:
- Hand-thread the bolt into the camshaft.
- Counter-hold the bolt and turn the nut to draw the tool down the bolt.
- This will push the tool and the seal evenly into position.
