At CTA Manufacturing, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
